The city of Barcelona is a immense metropolis on the Mediterranean coast of Spain. Top Tips

Take the cable cars up Montjuic or Tibidabo Hill for excellent bird’s eye views of the city.

Try to get a window seat on the airplane. The views of Barcelona beach and harbour are breathtaking as you fly in.

Visit the Christopher Columbus statue at the end of Las Ramblas and pay a few Euro to go up in the lift to the top of the pillar. Good views again of this exceptional city.
